Discovering Resources You Didn't Know You Had!

On February 6, Cassandra O'Neill, of Wholonomy Consulting, and Maureen Bureson, of Increased Capacity, provided a highly interactive TAP Talk to over 90 participants at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Here are a few of the things participants told us about the session.

  • The high point in this workshop for me was having time to be creative and make new connections, being assured I can think outside of the box and can be successful doing it.
  • I have broadened my perspective on the continual development of our organization. This was thought provoking. I most valued the learning, listening, and reflecting.
  • I valued the opportunity to brain storm, share experiences, and to utilize the collective brain power of the partners at my table.
  • I talked to people who don't know what I do, about things I know nothing about. It was all new to me. I learned (again) there are so many ways of thinking about what I am doing, or what I would like to do, that would help me figure it out. I need to get out more, and talk to more people, who knows what ideas they might have? I have too long been talking to people who "already know" what I am talking about.

Here is the powerpoint presentation that Cassandra and Maureen used:
